Impact Through
Coaching

Welcome to The African Sisters Network, a coaching and mentorship-driven community on a mission to empower 1 million African girls by 2040. Through storytelling, coaching, mentorship, and opportunity access, we are raising a generation of African girls who boldly own their narratives, build unapologetic personal brands, and thrive in every aspect of life.
The African Sisters Network (TASN) is a coaching and mentorship community that empowers African girls to tell their stories boldly, build their brands unapologetically while connecting them to the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. We foster a culture of empowerment, resilience, and solidarity helping African girls embrace their identities, share their voices, and pursue their dreams.

Our Unique Mission
Learn

Our mission is to create a mentorship community where African girls can connect, learn, and grow together. We provide comprehensive support through coaching programs, career guidance, resume writing assistance, career workshops, opportunity sourcing, scholarships, and more. We equip African girls with the skills and knowledge to thrive personally and professionally empowering them to be the authors of their own stories.

We envision a continent where every African girl is empowered to realize her full potential, contribute meaningfully to society, and shape her future with confidence and determination.
At The African Sisters Network, our "why" is rooted in the belief that every African girl has the potential to make a profound impact on the world. Yet, many face barriers to realizing that potential, limited access to mentorship, education, professional networks, and personal development tools. Our commitment is to remove those barriers by building a nurturing community that supports, teaches, and inspires. We exist to ensure that no African girl navigates her journey alone. Through collective effort, storytelling, and leadership, we are creating a future where African girls rise with confidence, lead with purpose, and leave a legacy.

Our network is your net worth, they say… but what they don’t tell you is how powerful it gets when that network is made of women who genuinely want to see you win.
