What is Momentum Monday?
Momentum Monday is the premier weekly virtual masterclass and digital gathering hosted by The African Sisters Network. Every Monday evening, our global sisterhood comes together to learn from seasoned industry experts, engage in transformative career coaching, and build the practical micro-habits necessary for massive personal and professional breakthroughs.

We intentionally host Momentum Monday on X Spaces because our sisterhood is expanding rapidly across the continent and the diaspora. X is the only accessible, borderless platform capable of accommodating thousands of us simultaneously every single Monday to grow, learn, and network without barriers. It democratizes executive coaching, allowing women from Kampala to Lusaka, Lilongwe, and beyond to listen, connect, and access life-changing mentorship in real time, completely free of charge.
Empowering the Next Generation of Voices
Beyond global mentorship, Momentum Monday serves as a practical, live launching pad for our younger members and mentees to master their public speaking. We actively hand over the microphone to the young women in our network, providing them with a safe yet high-visibility stage to speak on topics they are highly skilled in or deeply passionate about.
